Hello Ian, the HP ESP120 goes very cheaply on Ebay, and you even see the odd band new ones. Quiet electrically, but some fan nose, very efficient and good self protection built in they would have been a fortune in their time, but a fixed 48 or 52V output. They can be wired series or parallel if you want massive amperage or 100V.
