I could not decode all the transmissions from Stefan. Some of them were too weak and there is no decode
Also not visible in the slow spectrogram. Notice also the signal from Markus in stronger contrast due
to the 3s per symbol BPSK modulation, slower than 1s per symbol from Stefan
