Yes, it is exciting. And yes, you'r right. IF there is someone on the air, then this is my 2nd positive reception of a VLF station arround 8970 Hz
Well, I like this;  Not to know that someone is on air, but give a positive 
blind report.
It looks like the Mini Whip antenna and all other variables work well here...
Today I tried again to use your transmitted signal footprint (at your grabber page) as overlay in my spectogram (in a paint program), but i can't find any pixel that does match with your transmission.
I'll stay tuned on this exciting whistle frequency !!!

Is it a coincidence that there are a lot of bright pixels visible around 8970,2218 Hz in my grabber's spectogram or is there realy someone QRV around 8970,022 Hertz ?
