We also use the term "Meetings Engineers" for those who spend their time
in conferences and talking rather than getting things done.

name for the transparent slides that are used in business meeting
presentations -- they can be made on a copy machine or a
laser printer and
are projected onto a screen. View Graph engineers are all
talk and aspire

bother with the
dirty hands part of actually making something work. They'd
rather just do
the "high level" stuff.......
