Is any chance of EU sigs on 137 tonight?

Noise level has been up to -98dbm, not promising.

Can see DCF39 after sun down about +15 over noise, don't know what that 
equates to.
-83dbm ??  How much down from DCF if known to hamachures??  TNX

Will set RX and mode wherever you say.

Anyone want to try QRN DX IMI ??
