Hi Stefan,
yes I've been considering that. My opds page
https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/26404526/opds.htm has links to text output from 14 different opds-32
observers, out of which 8 seem to be currently updating (GW3EZY,
DK7FC, DF6NM, SV8RV, UW8SM, EW6BN, UA0SNV, JA8SCD). I could probably make a simple utility which periodically
downloads these results, sorts lines by timestamps, amends RX callsigns,
and uploads them as a single text list. Unfortunately
I have little knowledge of web programming techniques, so it would
be just the rudimentary thing, without pretty maps or user-defined
selective database retrieval.

Subject: LF: OPDS database?
Hello Markus,
Did you ever think about offering a OPDS
database? This could be a simple website allowing to collect/upload detections
from other OPDS users. A time consuming project for you, maybe. But why not?
:-)
