Yes, that sounds great and agrees with the informations i found on these accus so far.

Do that with a lead acid gel accu and it will have a life time of less than 100 cycles i guess, apart from the bad discharge efficiency (high internal 'resistance').

That would seem to support years of local and remote tests.

Indeed :-) A must have for radio amateurs but most of them don't know yet i guess.

I think that the ~ 3 kWh LiFePO batteries might last over 500 deep cycles
