Well, i searched a bit more and found that Paul seems to control the modules already, http://abelian.org/vlfrx-tools/notes.html#vtubx
I did not yet see if EbNaut or something else is possible but it looks like it should be possible when using a script. As long as the symbol length on omne frequency is not to short, it should work...

It should provide a perfect VFO signal and it is easy to amplify the signal to drive a linear mode or switch mode PA...
