Hello Joe,

The night from 20 to 21 July, your signal was very weak and hardly 
if at all discernable on my Linrad waterfall display.

Last night was just a little better. See attachment.

As far as propagation from Canada to the Netherlands goes, I have 
not seen it this summer as poor as the last couple of nights. Last 
night I could only hear NDB QY-263, Sydney, Nova Scotia and nothing 
else. Normally I can hear 10 NDB's or more form your part of the 
world.
