The message was not completely transmitted, again for an unknown reason / software failure. Next week i will get a new old PC for VLF transmissions, which will have 2 GB RAM instead of 512 MB RAM! I hope that solves the problem.
About 2/3 of the message was transmitted, a loss of 1.76 dB (can one calculate that loss so easily, 10*log(2/3), ?). So with some luck it can be decoded anyway in Moscow and other locations?
