I working now with U3 +QTX PA (tnx Luis) the fet is a IRFZ 460
and the voltage injected is about 13v. this´s working autonomous with a
simple timer.(during this test).
The antenne is a L inv. 42m long (22m vertical) resonance is by
variometer.
Andy F6CNI, sorry i´ve not idea my EIRP but, i think is no best
1w.
