Hi All (MF/LF/VLF/ULF....xLF)

I will be attending the EME conference in Venice in two weeks. Have noticed an interesting

lecture from Nico Palermo, the developer of Perseus SDR. There will be also a presentation

of new digital modes designed by K1JT and Klaus DJ5HG on the theoretical and practical

limits of digital QSOs

Have found a paper were Nico explains a lot about QRA codes.

Unfortunately I'm not able to understand even a minimal portion of the story

May be Paul Nicholson can explain us a bit and how it relates to EbNaut, if any !
