BTW Markus left a very clear dash today on my new E-W loop on the tree, visible in the '6000' window! This looks promising for a regular communication through the year :-)

Paul, I noticed that in ebnaut-rx v0.4d the output with best rank seems to persist, rather than the one with fewest symbol errors (see join2-log.txt which is from the same wav, only slightly different start time). Is it meant to be that way?
