Hi Paul,
Thanks.
I had to shut down in the morning due to HV breakdown of the cable. No
fire or similar problems ;-)
However, i've made a few changes in the afternoon. One of them was
putting the ferrite transformer (making 300V rms out of the voltage of
the audio amplifier) on the top of the roof, so the 8.27 kHz sound is
not nerving others during a working day. For that reason i wanted to
re-calibrate the amperemeter. I applied an input signal to just one of
the channels but the output was bridged :-( Now the PA module driver
seems to be damaged. I don't want to spend to much time with it but
there is no alternative except my large PA. But i like the idea of using
an audio amp because it is linear and reduces harmonics when i'm
transmitting 24/7. So we'll see. No transmissions tonite from me.

For a fair comparison of recent tx changes you
might have to tx 20:45 to 22:30.
Just experimenting now to see what symbol and message
lengths ebnaut can use.
