I have modified one of the old files for the new center frequency
and uploaded it to this site:

(right-click and "save as", select the "configurations" directory of
your SL installation, then -in SL- use "File".."Load Settings From")
The center frequency for the FFT is 8270 Hz, and the decimator is
configured for about 4 mHz bin width. Both can be modified on the
"FFT" tab if necessary (for lower bandwidth at the expense of an
even longer FFT window -> slower spectrogram).
