Solar flux dropped from 160 last week to 115, which will give 
improved T/A propagation. Unfortunately the sun played up last 
night, so your reception results of VO1NA are excellent.

A good indicator of openings is NDB QY-263, Sydney, CAN, Nova 
Scotia, which is not too far away from Joe's QTH.

It can be heard here most nights from 23:30 UTC when conditions are 
good and peaking about 02:20 UTC. This is also the time you had the 
best signal reports.
