Yes, a new station on LF! He called me on the phone some weeks ago. But it looks like he needs some advice, otherwise i fear that he will quickly loose interest in LF if there are no active CW stations any time. I already explained to him that LF is as rare populated as the moon (EME), maybe even less. So it cannot be compared with 80m CW or so...
Maybe i should call him back...

Sometime around 8:55, I saw bluish traces and heard CW on 136.82 kHz. Not very strong but readable here: "test de df3ff jo40uf...". May be a new station on the band?
