HI Dex,

That's a 100 kV transformer as used in HV labs, right? I know them well. 
They can be stacked to 300 kV and have a low voltage output on the HV 
side which is connected to the primary winding (which is a 100 kV above 
GND) of the next transformer.
Does it still work at 30 kHz?
