Signal reports from last night: Average signal amplitude
between 01:00 and 05:00 UT:

 WHX2XBA/4 on 29501: 0.14fT

 WHX2XBA/1 on 29499: 0.14fT

For both, S/N 14.5dB in 278 uHz. With suitable modulation
and FEC both stations should be able to send me 70 bits without
error in 4 hours. Can you send UT synchronous DBPSK or FSK
with convolution encoding at rate 1/2 or 1/3 with long-ish
constraint length (14 or 15)? I can quickly rig something up
to demodulate and decode.
