Thanks for the info. Indeed the QSB is deep now; Andy F6CNI just went up to easy 'audible' copy and then went back into the noise but still printed about 90% in WSQ2.
Do you also have permanent 'carriers' in the WSQ frequency range in Italy (and elsewhere) ?
Suggestions also from others about a preferred frequency range for this QSO mode ?

Here, the carrier on 478.404 kHz is now so strong that i can see 'modulation sidebands' (which may also be the effect of a 'pumping' AGC) up to 20 Hz above and below it... so just outside the decoder's audio frequency range when the RX is at 477.3 kHz in USB.
