Not realy a strange signal, I am expecting to see signals on that frequency.

I have deliberately targeted 19.800kHz because NWC (North West Cape) the 1 Megawatt Australian transmitter is there.

As you will see the latest signal this morning was visible for about 1 hour & my grabber shows time in UTC.
