WD2XES is going to do two OP32 runs tonight at 1 watt ERP, the first at
2300Z, and the second at 0100Z. In between, the power level will be 23
dB lower, as it is right now. Frequency will be 137.520, but you should
set your magic decoder rings appropriately -- usually 136.0 kHz USB.
