My WSPR-X (r3058) when I select WSPR15 it moves the Rx band to an offset of 1600 to 1625 meaning that I can't decode on 72.500.

I have placed a capture in Dropbox from my HDSDR waterfall showing the state of the 68 to 76 kHz band at my QTH using a Mini-Whip active antenna.

This may help you choose an alternative frequency if required. Also showing is the USB area of the spectrum.
