OK Alex,

How many of the Russian stations will be on the air? I remember a Russian LF activity evening back in 2009. There is RN3AGC, RN3AUS, RA3YO, UA4WPF at least. Will they all be on air? That would be nice if all the west-EU stations would join in to completely fill the band in 0.5 Hz segments :-)
It is still summer but the situation becomes better rapidly...
