Perhaps a silly suggestion, but a mistake I have made more than once...:-)The RA1772 in CW mode displays a frequency 1kHz lower than the actualreceive frequency - so to receive SAQ you have to tune the RA1772 to16.2kHz. If the display reads 17.2k, you will be receiving the data sigsaround 18.3kHz.
