A bit off topic, but maybe interesting for the weak signal enthousiasts :

All station will transmit their callsign followed by a 5 character code
repeated 5 times.
eg. : ON7YD HELLO HELLO HELLO HELLO HELLO ...
In order to encourage QRPP and experimentation with new modes ON5EX will
promote the "Candlelight Award". The appearance of the award will depend on
the creativity and sense of humor of the organiser.
Reports :
- per e-mail to [email protected], not later than 1 week after each
transmission.
- reports must include (at least) :
1. Identification of the receiving station (call or name)
2. Your position in decimal graden (0,01 degree accuracy)
3. Date and UTC
4. Frequency (10Hz accuracy)
5. call of the transmitting station
6. code
Additional information (report, station description etc...) is welcome
Score
(Distance in km) x (number of correct copied characters in the code) / (TX
power in W)
The final result is the sum of all scores.
I am sure that ON5EX will appreciate all reports even if you can only
participate in 1 or 2 tests.
73, Rik ON7YD
