It does make use CCIR Recommendation 368-7 contains curves for frequencies from 10kHz up to and including 30MHz. When available I would be pleased to have some figures of 500 to 2000 km There are indications that at distances over 1000km or so even at daytime some sky wave may be present, disturbing the measurement.
