Hi Victor, Eddie, Henny
Excellent copy Victor. The rain has stopped here and I'm getting nice
clean copy again at least 10 dB over the noise. Will be interesting to
see if the carrier stays on
and whether there are any further transmissions tonight.
Eddie - in the ones I've seen the format looks the same with tones at
80.8 to 83.0 and the familiar repeated pattern (even for the double
sequences) - but I agree that your capture seems to hint at something at
83.2.

Hi Chris, Henny
Well one capture got through OK 06:05:2012_23:27 so the timing has
definitely changed.
I was swapping things around when I spotted it so I missed the start and
the rain killed the finish, also its difficult to tell if the format
was different, I must take a closer look, there seemed to be another
higher frequency involved too, that looks to be spaced by the normal
spacing and makes it ZEVS 13.
So Henny also Stefan, yes definitely still around, particularly when the
rain noise stops. It is still visible on my Grabber :-

A different time for ZEVS 13:00 UTC and a longer message format. A
nice signal, then it started to rain AGAIN.
