I think Joe was testing DFCW-10 where 0.5 Hz is a usual shift frequency. The signal can be seen  in the QRSS-10 windows of TF3HZ and DK7FC for example.

the 137776.4 Hz signal should be the dot frequency of VO1NA's ultrawideband DFCW ;-)  At the top, there could possibly be a trace from XNS on 137781.
