Hi Dimitrtios,
When i look on your grabber it seems the dark times between VK-DL are
longer now. So, you told about quiet conds on your side in the last
days. My PLL is locked again and i will TX today again in QRSS-120,
starting 17 UTC on 136.172.
Good that your grabber runs 24/7 since probably you are sleeping right
now ;-)
Maybe that is all a bit to optimistic and i'm still running the old
system (coil Q 285) but anyway. Somehow i like transmitting just for fun :-)

Hi Markus,
I will pass your suggestion to the local QRO operators here in VK.
Personally, I am a bit of a QRP person, so all my transmitters are
less than 100 W output power. And my antennas are so bad that sticking
a couple of rods in the ground and feeding them with the 136 kc RF
results in similar performance!

Hi Dimitris, g'day VK,
southern summer coming - time to swap roles! You guys down under come
up with a "decent watt" ERP, and we'll be spending long dark
evenings, staring into the noise pixels ;-)
Actually, for starters Chris' 4X1RF 424 µHz grabber in Haifa

would be a good target. With a long carrier from a 1ppb stable
source, there's a real chance for a VK detection between 15 and 20 UT this
time of the year.
Best wishes,
Markus (DF6NM)

Greetings from VK!
Temperatures are climbing up here but I'd rather be freezing in the
shack and have decent, QRN free reception on LF/MF!
