Mal,

I'm following the reflector with interest but don't have good means to receive 137kHz.
Mainly because my neighbours are contributing to a green world.
They have solar panels which inverters are broadly interfering on 136khz band.

Anyway the noise is as about S-3, (DCF = 9+30) your sigs are s-5 and good audible.
In spite of the QRM a normal speed CW QSO could be possible.
Receiver is a TS-440 Antenna a "double" line T-antenna 30m hor/10vert.
Made a screen shot from SL giving you an impression.
Disregard the wrong frequency on top.

After sunset (solar panels go to sleep then :-) ) the noise will be a lot lower.
