That's what makes having a group interested in the same topic so
powerful. We all contribute ideas and materials and eventually we all

My VLF TX is coming along very quickly now that I have abit of time in
the shack on a daily basis. The driver stage is complete and tested and
I start the h-bridge tonight.
Hoping for low power tests this weekend into the 0.5km Earth loop and
when my vast horde of caps arrives I'll run QRPP tests into the loop
before jacking up the juice.
More details soon.

It shows the results of field strength achievements as a function
of the TX frequency for different distances and a given TX power.
Have we all known about this? Me not ;-) Now i understand why the
military stations are located mostly between 15 and 25 kHz...
But 8970 Hz is not much worse, at least distances below 4000 km...
But that graph tell me it is rather difficult to reach TF3HZ or
4X1RF on 5170 Hz. Anyway we'll see...
