     WD2XGJ began transmission quite late, after 04:00 UTC.

The first hour , the signal was with not very visible ,
after ( 05:00 > 08:00 ) very good signal in spite of the low power!

Please do not compare the propagation as WD2XGJ is using the low power
(220 Watts output) transmitter last night and for the next few days -
this is approximately 9dB below the usual power!
