Hello Piotr, et al,


Yes, but unfortunately doesn't have the facility to key a CW transmitter 
with the Hell signal, so you still need either an SSB transmitter or an 
outboard circuit to rectify the soundcard output to drive a CW 
transmitter keying input. This has worked well for me in the past however.
