during this weekend i had a free time and i have looked into this
random/non-random
sequence of wspr tx'ing...
are you still interested in this issue? - i just 'played' a little
with rnd generator along with
the duty cycle of wspr beaconing. i managed to write a short program
generating the tx sequence
with the restrictions you've mentioned i.e no more than 2 consecutive
tx periods and no more than a specified number of rx periods etc..
( of course, with no cheating.. hihi)
