WD2XES will transmit in WOLF (5 b/s) mode tonight on 137.577 kHz,
starting around 2330 UTC. Experience has shown that with this level of
error correction, messages tend to decode in the same amount of time
using data rates of 5 - 20 b/s. There's still an open question of
whether you pick up any static-crash noise immunity with the slower rate.
