Peter, G3LDO, confirms that his hotel's e-mail system is working 
incoming, but he has difficulty replying. 

CFH is 32dB above noise, and SXV is 10dB above noise. He is also 
hearing a carrier on 137.775kHz with some QSB.
He says that the best time to send an LF test signal to him is 2300 for 
about 1.5 hours.
HF operation on 7 and 21MHz is using mainly CW.
