Yes, the sunrise maximum on short-path NWC was very pronounced between 22:30 and 23:10, about 5 dB stronger than during the rest of the night. Thereafter it showed the usual long / short path interference pattern. This is also visible here when GBZ is active, and I have been continuously monitoring it in the lower part of the wideband grabber at

Hello Roger, Lubos,

Ah indeed. Yesterday i was wondering since i saw a trace between 19.5 and 20 kHz but actually it is NWC at 19.8 kHz (Australia), not GBZ. NWC is peaking about 20 dB SNR here arround 23 UTC. About the same diurnal maximum can be observed at G3ZJO and YO/4X1RF. Unfortunately it is covered by some local noise at TF3HZ. Super strong at KL7UK...

Hello Roger!
You are right! I normaly use GBZ signal for my PC sync. I noticed, that it didn´t work. The signal disappeared 3.5.2011 at 08:15UTand I have assumed, that it was  due to repair. Thanks for your information.
Well, I use signal Alpha3 now.
