Actually, that posting got mixed in with e mails for the company and got the usual response before noting that it was an rsgb reflector posting. I didn't intend to speak for anyone else.

A large number of "we" is not native English and I am sure that a lot of
them (and maybe also of the native English) do speak and read other
languages, such as French ...
