Assuming that your receiver was set to 71750 USB, you can see CFH
peaks at 73563 and 73638.  Also Rugby peaks at 73200 and 73300,
about 35 dB weaker.

Thanks for your analysis of the recording.
My receiver produced a 1850 Hz tone when tuned to the exact frequency. For the recording the frequency display was on 73.6 kHz.
