I use a Macintosh system which doesn't crash very often, not to say never.

Obviously, there aren't many programs around for amateur radio
enthusiasts. The best one I've used for narrow band reception is
probably Amadeus II, a rather complete program which permits recording,
filing and cleaning-up those noisy signals. No screenshots needed;
they're already inside the files. Then you can convert them into any
format readable by ANY computer...
