Isn't frequency (9) right inside the frequency range
allocated to the radio amateur service (on a
secondary basis) ???

Yes! (8) is located approx. 15km N, (9) approx. 75km S from
here...!

What does this say to us in lieu of usability of the
LF band in future ???

Euphemistic spoken: A real challenge at my location!
On the other side it may throw a shadow on possible future
usage as well and give an impress on what we may expect
(more QRM) on the LF range in the future.
