Concerning Andre's and (YMC-) Dave's proposal to split the reflector:
That's exactly what I have been thinking about (but never dared to suggest
:-).
It has been stated a few weeks ago what the original intention of the
reflector was, and IMHO things seem to drift away from that.
Splitting up the reflector (by setting up a new reflector for the 'hi-tech'
stuff and letting this reflector for what it was intended to be) would be
good for both sides of the 'LF activity spectrum'.
It would certainly speed up the development of new modes, because one
wouldn't have to think about "how far can i go into detail in this mail
without boring 99% of the readers'.
Anyway, if the creation of a second reflector is possible or not, thanks to
the guys at blacksheep for hosting THIS reflector.
