Hi Roger,
I only have external USB cards (4) for the
radios & they do woork well with SpecLab for Rx & Tx.
Just select the USB onnected card from the top menu
/Options/Audio settings/ then on the small window "Input
device" selection box.
Stefan's reply should also help you with SL but I
agree that it is a bit of a learning curve, I think I have tested all the
SL modes with success.
GL & stick with it.

Gary - G4WGT.

Subject: LF: Re: What is the best QRSS
software to allow QRSS to be generated as an AUDIO tone?
Thanks for replies so far, but I am still unable to see how to output a
QRSS audio tone e.g. from QRS or Multitone software to an external
audio card like SignaLink USB when using a laptop with only USB interfaces. It
seems quite a simple requirement so am surprised not to find this
supported.
OK I could built an audio derived PTT keyer using the line
out, but it would be so much simpler to use the SignaLink USB interface for
all data modes and, as far as I can see, there is no software to support this.
I am excluding Spectrum Laboratory, which I'm afraid I find very hard to use
and remember how to use!
Help! 73s Roger
