Hello all,
Stefan is not the only one in 9kHz. But he is actually the most successful 
experimenter.
The question about a valid "QSO" seemi to me some academic. If we think about 
DXCC we've got to keep in mind, that 9kHz is not a HAM band and in DL even 
500kHz is not. Even a crossband QSO would be not valid. And by law a QSO 
between a german HAM station and a german DI station would be illegal. Of 
course that is is perfect bullshit - but the official version of DARC and 
others I call "Vereinsfunker".
