Hi I have been using a military "antenna equivalent" for a very long time. I paid for it about one euro. Cost at the moment is 3-5 euros. It has been working very well for years but when built on ferrite cores it burned. It's a solid military CCCP construction, it has worked in 50Hz – 7,5MHz frequencies. 73! Marcin SQ2BXI
