Nothing mysterious , Dynamic simply engages , should the main decoder
fail, the look-up table of call signs is also maintained via the
web .. s/n levels from -40 dB and better will be decoded by the
original opera system .
The painting by numbers exercise is the same for any of the
correlation detectors produced to date, all have call list's , all
produce false detections , some more than others , Opera go's one
step on and provides a validation exercise ...Its only provided for
477 and 136, where low s/n levels are encountered , all the other bands
are single pass , serial 250 bit data decode.
