I didn't manage to look , spend
most of the day trying to sort gb4fpr out
, failed to get on to 472 , first time since
the 500 nov
Hf from 1900 >> 0100 local
time was disastrous, nothing but lots of
noise and very long skip , 80/40 ,
managed a few qso's with usa east
coast on 20m , condx stated to
improver 2400 2430 , but by then , only 30
mins left , I think something like 15
or 20 contacts
Spoke to gb4imd on 7 , who also where having problems
, but better placed than us for longer
skip , a contest at the same time and
sporadic bursts of propagation , not one the
better shows ..

Did
anyone manage to work or even hear GB8MD on MF yesterday? I listened for a
good part of the day but didn't hear them at all. I put out a few CQ
calls up until the late evening but had no takers from the MD

nothing from GB8MD untill now. 73,
