A good signal, Q5 audible, again here. 

No sign of SK6RUD when I last looked.

The mystery signal is certainly consistent in appearing each day, and
your shot of the tune-up and start is an interesting catch!

What an interesting band.

Perhaps an enthusiast in a "not-yet authorized country" getting setup
for the big day? But which country?
