To All from PA0SE, Today I made some FS measurements, using an untuned loop with a single turn of 1 square metre, connected to a W & G SPM-12. The loop is turned for maximum signal. This is rather broad, so I first turn the loop for minimum signal, which is sharp, and then turn it over 90 degrees. The measurements were performed in the attic shack. But I have found out earlier that on these low frequencies the FS in the shack does not differ from he FS outside the house. Call sign Frequency FS FS Anthorn 60 kHz 1.28 mV/m DCF 77 77.5 kHz 2.28 mV/m ? 135.4 kHz 0.22 mV/m DCF 38 138.8 kHz 2.25 mV/m The station at 135.4 kHz is similar to DCF 38. I have not recorded the FS of MSF at Rugby. My location is at Leiderdorp, 52° 09' 37.21" N; 04° 31' 23.52" E. 73, Dick, PA0SE |
